软管泵压辊的调整
泵出厂时,压辊已按正常情况调整到位,如遇物料吸不上,或在泵的额定压力下,口量达不到要求,请调整压辊的偏心距,其步骤如下:
(1)先将泵壳两侧相应的圆孔有机玻璃盖板与泵出口端的长方形有机玻璃盖板打开,将转子压辊旋转至两圆孔之间,其螺栓正对圆孔,然后用套筒扳手将两端螺栓拧松,再用小圆棒或十字螺丝刀,对准标有0,1,2,3的圆孔,拨动压辊一侧内的偏心套转动,偏心套的数字越大,其压辊与泵壳间的距离越小,软管压的越紧,其调整是以转子的顶端的刻线为基准,数字越大,压的越紧,反之亦然。
(2)调整间隙时一定要注意不要压的过紧,以达到流量为准,压的越紧,对胶管的寿命影响越大。
